About Jay Springs
In 1999 my business partner and I started Barefoot Realty in order to showcase the beautiful waterway property of Barefoot Resort and Golf. In addition to my knowledge of Barefoot Resort, I have grown up along the Grand Strand, living in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach for over 40 years. Having seen the growth and development along our oceanfront coastline, I have extensive knowledge of the oceanfront condominiums and oceanfront single-family homes. I am a member of the South Carolina Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and Coastal Carolina Board of Realtors. Also, I sit on the Board of Directors of South Atlantic Bank and am an active member in the First Presbyterian Church in Myrtle Beach.
